Remember those diners you see on TV from the 1950’s? If you’re an avid fan of Riverdale or the band The 1975, you probably know exactly what we’re talking about. Vintage couches, jukebox players and neon lights. Good news! If you long to visit these diners, there’s no need to fly abroad. There’s a newly opened diner in Quezon City that oozes the vintage charm we lust after.

Big Boy’s Diner is a vintage-inspired diner located at 128 Santo Domingo Avenue, Barangay Siena, Quezon City. This resto serves comfort food in a very vintage-y feel.

The whole resto shouts old-school — The Beatles playlist can be heard and its walls are decorated with old stuff. It has different trinkets from the past: posters and newspapers, CDs, bottles, and neon flashy lights.

While the diner seems the usual at first sight, it turns into a vintage wonderland at night that will send you into a timewarp to the ’50s. Not to mention, it’s perfect for your new Instagram update.

Their menu is presented in a “now showing” sign you typically see in cinemas or theaters abroad. The food is really budget friendly as it ranges from P50 to P200.
